Request for Proposal

ACCESS VT is seeking a consultant to help Vermont Care Partners’ (VCP) Network of 16 mental health, substance use, and developmental services agencies (CCBHC, Designated and Specialized Service Agencies), evaluate shared-service opportunities that can strengthen sustainability, reduce administrative burden, and improve access to scarce expertise. The project will focus on prioritizing promising shared-service models, conducting feasibility and cost analyses, and developing recommendations and a blueprint for implementation, that balances local autonomy and long-term sustainability across the VCP Network.
