Join community partners and providers as they talk about how to create communities and programs that combat injustice and promote health care equity for all. 

Keynote:  Renee Branch Canady, PhD, MPA

Dr. Canady serves as the CEO for MPHI; a unique public trust dedicated to advancing population health through public health innovation and collaboration.  Dr. Canady is a nationally recognized thought leader on health inequities, cultural competence, and social justice.

CONFERENCE FEE:  $125 per person or contact cath@vermontcarepartners.org to inquire about the group rate of $100 for 5 or more.  PARKING, BREAKFAST AND LUNCH are included in registration fee.

CONTINUING EDUCATION:  This conference has been approved for 6.5 CEU’s for psychologists, LCMHCs, and Alcohol and Substance Abuse Providers, and 5 CEU’s for Social work. There is no additional fee for CEUs.
