Designated Agencies have improved emergency responses, increased access to non-categorical case management, expanded mobile support teams, diversified adult outpatient services, and created and enhanced alternative residential opportunities and crisis resources to prevent or divert individuals at-risk of hospitalization. In addition, we provide treatment, prevention and early intervention, and supports to children and their families, in natural settings such as their schools, homes and community.
